We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve our services; process transactions and send billing communications; respond to your support requests; send service updates, security notices, and product announcements (you may opt out of marketing emails at any time); and detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with: · Service providers who help us deliver our platform (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, analytics) · Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by applicable law · Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with advance notice to you) All third-party service providers are bound by contractual data processing obligations.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transactional and billing records are retained for 7 years as required for financial compliance. API and delivery logs are retained according to your plan's log retention policy (3 days on Free, up to 90 days on Scale/Business/Team). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@slivs.tech.
International transfers
Slivs.tech Group is headquartered in Singapore. Your data may be processed in any country where we or our service providers operate, including Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We apply appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers) to protect your data in all jurisdictions.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and receive a portable copy of your data.
