Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using any Slivs.tech service. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Slivs.tech account or using any Slivs.tech service (Slivssend, Slivsbase, Slivshost), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Slivs.tech on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Services
Slivs.tech provides infrastructure services including transactional email delivery (Slivssend), managed database hosting (Slivsbase), and site hosting and deployment (Slivshost). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@slivs.tech if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for automated sign-up.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Slivs.tech services to: send unsolicited bulk email (spam); distribute malware or harmful code; violate any applicable law; engage in activities that consume excessive resources impacting other customers; attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or exploit our infrastructure; or resell Slivs.tech services without written permission.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans are billed once per year. Prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after 7 days and termination after 30 days.
6. Refunds
Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days of purchase if you have not exceeded 10% of your plan quota. Enterprise plan refunds are governed by your contract.
7. Service availability
We target 99.99% uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via status.slivs.tech. Unplanned outages are updated in real time on the status page. SLA credits are available on Enterprise plans as specified in your contract.
8. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your data. By using Slivs.tech, you consent to our data practices. You retain ownership of all data you store or transmit through our services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slivs.tech's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
