What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
On Free, sending is paused until the next billing cycle. On paid plans, you can configure overage handling in your dashboard.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on Pro and Scale. You're billed once per year — same rate as monthly, no hidden fees.
How does the free plan work?
The Free plan includes 3,000 emails/month with a 100/day limit. No credit card is required and it never expires.
Can I use SMTP on the Free plan?
SMTP relay is available from the Pro plan upward. Free tier supports API-only sending.
